ONCE I DID THAT, it worked! I sent a message to JuneFabrics suggesting they add that info for Bionic, not just X. After making sure USB debugging is enabled, with your phone plugged in, go to the notifications list (I looked for awhile, and finally found the notifications list by clicking the left-most button at the bottom of my Bionic), then select USB Mass Storage. Finally, in desperation, I tried the steps in the instruction paragraph that says "If your phone is a Motorola Droid X, an extra step is needed for this phone to expose the Android USB Interface. I kept getting the same problems as some of you indicate above, where the driver for the Motorola Android phones did not seem to work. I had problems with getting PDAnet to install on my computer once I got my new Droid Bionic (I had used PDANet on my laptop with my original Droid and loved it). PDANet will install - you just have to do one more step
